Riva on the Park

Riva on the Park was one of the first high-rise developments in the South Waterfront neighborhood of SW Portland. With 294 units over 22 floors, the Riva features views of the Willamette River, Mt. Hood, and Portland’s West Hills, as well as Elizabeth Caruthers Park and Riva’s own 25,000 SF roof gardens. Amenities include fitness, entertainment, and community rooms, and a rooftop deck overlooking the Willamette River.
