L.L. Hawkins

The L.L. Hawkins is a new apartment building named after the turn-of-the-century visionary, Colonel Lester Leander “L.L.” Hawkins, who laid the foundation for preserving Forest Park as well as other notable Portland parks.

The first project in the Conway District of NW Portland, the L.L. Hawkins offers 113 apartments, a rooftop lounge overlooking Forest Park and the NW neighborhood, secure bike parking on every floor, underground parking, and a mix of unique shops and restaurants at ground level.

Size: 113 units with 10,000 SF with ground floor retail.
Status: Completed Fall 2015.
