Slabtown Marketplace

Slabtown Marketplace – originally built in 1952 as a shipping warehouse – was renovated into a New Seasons Market, Breakside Brewery, and future home of Industrial Ride.

The first commercial adaptive reuse project in the Conway District, Slabtown Marketplace serves as a neighborhood hub, featuring an outdoor plaza space, seating and parking.

Status: Completed Fall 2015.
Architects: GBD and Holst Architecture.
Size: 28,000 SF of New Seasons Market grocery, and 15,000 SF of additional retail space.
